Privacy policy
Trainer Coach Manager (hereinafter “TCM”) process data lawfully, properly and transparently.
Processing:
Processing includes the collection, storage, modification, completion or transmission of data.
Lawful:
A processing operation can only be lawful if it clearly describes the purpose for which the data is being processed and if that purpose falls within one of the six bases listed in the General Data Protection Regulation. These are:
- There is consent from the data subject.
- There is a legal obligation to process the data.
- Data must be processed because it is of (acute) vital importance to the data subject or someone else.
- Data must be processed to properly perform a task of public interest or public authority.
- Data must be processed for its own sake and that interest outweighs the privacy of the data subject.
Proper and transparent:
TCM:
- Keeps a record of all processing.
- Ensures that the data is correct.
- Ensures that no more data is processed than necessary.
- Secures the data properly.
By posting this privacy statement on the website, TCM informs data subjects that personal data is collected and what rights and obligations are involved. TCM does not transfer personal data to anyone outside the European Union. Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of personal data by TCM. If TCM has collected data, a data subject may ask TCM to:
- Show the personal data processed about him or her.
- To correct or supplement the data.
- To delete the data.
- To temporarily do nothing with the personal data.
- To send the data digitally to him or her, or to another data controller.
